About Me
With over 12 years of experience in education, corporate, nonprofit and for-profit, I have been empowering individuals to bring about positive change in their lives and work. During undergrad, I studied English Literature, Sociology, and the Arts. In graduate school, I earned a M.S. in Higher Education Administration. I later went on to get life coach certified with the soul purpose of empowering others to be their best self.
As a consultant and coach, I take a result-driven approach and work collaboratively with you to develop customized solutions that truly make an impact. Let's work together to achieve your goals and realize your full potential.
